Minimum requirements for IBCS Certification:
1. Medical doctor graduated in General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, ENT, Ginecology, Dermatology with course and training in Cosmetic Surgery. Please attach CV, Diplomas and Certificates.
2. 5 years of practice in Cosmetic Surgery. Exclusively practicing Cosmetic Surgery. Examinations will be given for qualified individuals who practice cosmetic surgery as a specialty. Information in the application should include detailed information on training as well.
3. More than 100 surgeries per year during the last two years with operative reports. At least 20 cases, including pre- and post- operative photos for critical evaluation by the Board.
4. Presentation of the examination � one of the main topics of the applicant.
5. Applicants must be members of the IACS, if not; they shall complete the registration to the IACS.
Maximum requirements for IBCS Certification:

2. At least 5-10 years of practice in Cosmetic Surgery. Examinations will be given for qualified individuals who practice cosmetic surgery as a specialty. Information in the application should include detailed information on training as well.
3. Minimum number of surgeries are 1000 over the 5 years and 200 for the year prior to applying for the examination. At least 100 cases should produce operative reports. At least 20 cases, including pre- and post- operative photos for critical evaluation by the Board
4 Applicants must be members of the IACS, if not; they shall complete the registration to the IACS.
